01What we do

Compartmentation, across the life of a building.

Passive fire protection is what holds a fire in the space it started in: the compartment walls and floors, the doors in them, and the seals around everything that passes through. Fire doors, fire stopping and compartment construction are all parts of that same line. We install it, check it and inspect it afterwards.

The eight stages

Compartmentation Walls, floors, cavity barriers and the continuity of the line. Fire Stopping Penetration seals, linear joints and service risers, per tested system. Fire Doors Installation within the tested field of application, and maintenance. Verification Sampled inspection during delivery, against a declared basis. Maintenance Periodic inspection reported against the original record.

02Why it is different

A building that can answer for itself.

When we finish, the building holds a coherent record of its own compartmentation: what is installed, where, to what specification, by whom, checked by whom, and how it should be maintained.

None of that is sold separately. It is what the work leaves behind, captured while the ceiling is still open, because that is the only moment most of it can be captured at all.

The status is a controlled value, not an opinion. An empty cell means not yet recorded, and never means compliant.
